YOUR ROLE Based out of their Yatala, QLD office, you will use your manufacturing experience as the crucial bridge between cutting-edge design and flawless factory execution. You'll report straight to the Chief Operating Officer – a former Industrial Engineer ready to guide you toward strategic impact. Blend analytical desk work with hands-on shopfloor action in a fast-paced, transformative setting that's all about elevating safety, efficiency, and your own skyrocketing career. This role will see you undertaking the following key responsibilities: Hunt for automation wins and capital upgrades that slash waste, boost safety, and fuel profitability. Lead process optimisations to supercharge efficiency and output at the Yatala facility. Partner with Design and Engineering pros, decoding technical drawings and navigating constraints to deliver game-changing improvements. Lead the charge on LEAN manufacturing and 5S implementations, turning theory into tangible results. Harness data-driven insights to solve bottlenecks and drive bottom-line breakthroughs. IS THIS YOU?
