Machine Operator Spectra Recruitment Pty Ltd is currently seeking Production Staff to join the one of our fast-paced manufacturing clients in Stapylton. These roles are being offered on a temp-to-perm basis due to ongoing growth within the production areas. About Your New Company: Located just off the Pacific Motorway in Stapylton, our client is a globally recognised manufacturing company producing high-quality steel products for customers across the world, including the United States, South Africa, Thailand, Japan, New Caledonia, New Zealand, and other Pacific Rim nations. With two large production facilities equipped with modern machinery, they ensure the highest quality standards while delivering at scale. Your New Role: Reporting to the Production Team Leaders, you will be responsible for: Processing raw materials (steel and metal). Operating machinery to prepare components for assembly. Cutting, bending, and grinding steel and metal materials. Using power tools such as bandsaws, drop saws, drill presses, bench grinders, linishers, and presses. Assisting with general production duties as required. Who Are You? You are someone who is: Hardworking and not afraid to get stuck in. A team player who can take direction well. Mechanically minded, with experience in manufacturing. Experienced with power tools and raw materials (steel and metal). Available Shifts & Rates: We are currently seeking superstars for the following shifts: AM Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday – Friday) $35.13 per hour plus penalties 1.5x overtime: $52.70 per hour 2.0x overtime: $70.26 per hour PM Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Monday – Friday) $42.16 per hour plus penalties 1.5x overtime: $63.24 per hour 2.0x overtime: $84.32 per hour Important: To be successful, you must have full working rights in Australia.
