Description Lead national sales strategy and grow our clients presence across hospitality, retail, and food‑service channels. Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and national accounts. Drive revenue growth across core product categories and identify new opportunities in hospo/retail markets. Manage national sales targets, reporting, forecasting, and commercial performance. Support partners with product training, pricing insights, and category guidance to boost sell‑through. Collaborate with operations and product teams on supply planning, customer needs, and new product initiatives. Represent our client at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows. Regular national travel to maintain strong customer and distributor relationships. Profile Proven sales experience selling into hospitality, retail, food‑service, or wholesale channels. Strong background working with distributors, key accounts, and multi‑site customers. Commercially savvy with the ability to negotiate, influence, and build long‑term partnerships. Experience managing national or large‑territory sales responsibilities. Comfortable working autonomously, with strong planning and reporting skills. Understanding of packaging, consumables, or FMCG distribution is beneficial. Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with decision‑makers at all levels.
