Job Summary: As a Trainer, you will be responsible for the delivery of informative and technical (developer implementation best practices - end user) training processes and coaching services and ServiceNow Official software Platform Components, both on site and remotely (ILT-VILT), to the highest standard. You will help develop technical training services in a variety of formats to include online curriculum and courses focusing on ITSM principles. Deliver ServiceNow product training, including but not limited to System Administration, Scripting in ServiceNow and the Implementation Boot camp, among others Roles and Responsibilities: Becoming fully conversant with the designated ServiceNow Platform Product - The Trainer must have fluency and strong Knowledge within the ServiceNow Platform Concepts and different Features the Platform includes (Technical Consulting and best practices) Maintaining a high standard of relevant knowledge, updating the current release knowledge towards up-to-date material, curriculum, and Class process Concepts (Be the main point of touch for all employees to give help and support towards ServiceNow Platform Concepts). Delivering remote training/coaching sessions on a one-to-one basis Preparation of training documentation and related administrative tasks Become a product advocate and go to resource for the Sales and Support Teams (This includes to support the Sales Team with Sales and Presales Accreds, as well any other familiar topic or process concept around ServiceNow and Implementation frameworks) Effective Design, Delivery and Adoption of Training Materials Deliver a great tailoring training for our customers ensuring the material and topic is easily digested. Periodic Train the Trainer Exercises (Provide support as well for new topics, product release and offerings that the Platform includes) Awareness of new developments within the software including new functionality and processes. Stay up to date Regarding training requirements and Partnership compliance. Delivery of One-to-Many Webinar solutions Assess demand and create new and Particular Customer/End-User training topics to continue our service offering to our customers - clients. Maintaining a positive working relationship with key stakeholders within the business, and externally with customers Prompt liaison with Project Management and Project Coordinator Teams Effective Research skills Skills required: Previous Training experience 2 Years preferrable - Suggested start 1 Year experience, not related to University or Call Center Training, Customer Training Matches best. Experience in the Education Tech sector is strongly desirable - Technical university such as programming, coding or any other technical involved such as Infrastructure, Networks or Security. The ability to provide Tailored Focused training to each individual customer Presentation skills Coaching and Knowledge Transfer Technical Support & Active Search.
