The Perks Attractive salary package tailored to experience No weekend work Long-term career stability with a reputable agency Ongoing training and development opportunities Supportive leadership and a positive team environment The Role You will be responsible for managing a residential portfolio of approximately 120 properties, overseeing the end-to-end property management function, including: Advertising and leasing coordination Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections Maintenance management and liaising with trades Arrears management, notices, rent reviews and CPI increases Landlord and tenant communication with proactive follow-up Lease documentation, renewals and legislative compliance Open homes and inspections using portals and IRE Bond lodgements and refunds via the bond portal Accurate key management and system updates Handling conflict resolution and complaints professionally Supporting the wider team as required and reporting portfolio figures The Person You will ideally bring: Previous experience in residential property management Strong administration and organisational skills Confidence using Word, Excel, PDFs and property management software Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive, customer-focused and solutions-driven approach Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle About the Company This well-established real estate agency is backed by one of Australia’s most recognised property brands and holds a strong reputation across the Canberra market.
