Job Summary MSS Security is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead and manage core security service delivery across multiple Melbourne Park sites. Reporting to the State operations Manager, with regular interface and close working with the Major Events Manager this role is responsible for people leadership, client engagement, and operational performance across a complex, multi-site environment. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong people management capability, events exposure, and a practical understanding of KPI-driven service delivery. About the Role This is a Monday to Friday role (40 hours per week), with variable start and finish times to meet operational needs. Core hours are 7:30am – 4:00pm. While primarily weekday-based, the role may require occasional weekend work, late finishes, or extended hours during major events or significant incidents. The position is responsible for leading teams across multiple locations and requires strong visibility, accountability, and a calm, structured leadership style in dynamic environments. Duties include but are not limited to: Manage the delivery of core security services across multiple Melbourne Park sites Lead, coach and manage site-based security teams, including performance management and engagement Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring contractual obligations and KPIs are met Monitor and manage service levels in line with client contracts and operational requirements Lead incident response and support operational decision-making during events or significant incidents Support planning and delivery of security operations during major events Ensure compliance with MSS policies, procedures, and relevant legislation Conduct regular site engagement, inspections, and operational reviews Manage staffing requirements, including coordination with rostering and operational support teams Prepare reports and contribute to operational and client performance reviews Skills & Experience Essential: Victorian Security Licence Working with Children Check Full Australian working rights Current First Aid Certificate Demonstrated experience in people management, including performance management Proven experience working to KPIs and service delivery metrics Strong client relationship management experience Desirable: Events or major event management experience Experience managing security operations across multiple sites Strong operational judgement and ability to respond to incidents calmly and effectively Confident communicator with the ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders Master Licence Number: 409-987-30S How to apply MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
