Job Description A practical, hands-on maintenance role in a luxury hotel environment. This is a true on-the-tools position, supporting the day-to-day maintenance of the hotel and responding to maintenance requests as they arise. You’ll play a key role in keeping guest rooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas running smoothly, while assisting with preventative maintenance programs. Key Responsibilities Respond to guest and colleague maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner utilising Hub OS. Carry out routine preventative maintenance across guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house. Assist with basic troubleshooting and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration and mechanical systems. Conduct regular checks of plant rooms, safety equipment and essential hotel infrastructure. Escalate and support more complex repairs by coordinating with contractors and external trades. Ensure all work is completed in line with WHS requirements and hotel safety standards. Maintain clear, accurate records of maintenance tasks and completed works.
