An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Dealership Accountant to join a successful, high-volume new car dealership based in Parramatta . This is a pivotal role within the business, working closely with the Dealer Principal while reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller . You’ll play a hands-on role in the financial performance, compliance, and reporting of the dealership, with strong support from a wider automotive group. Key responsibilities include: End-of-month financial reporting and analysis Preparation of management accounts and manufacturer reports Overseeing accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes Stock, warranty, and commission reconciliations Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensuring compliance with group and manufacturer requirements Acting as a trusted financial advisor to dealership leadership About you: Proven experience as a Dealership Accountant within automotive retail Strong knowledge of dealership accounting systems and processes Confident communicator able to support senior management Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to thrive in a fast-paced, volume dealership environment This role offers a negotiable package aligned with experience, plus the stability and career support of a respected automotive group.
