Your opportunity We are seeking a talented and passionate Business Analyst to join our Project Management team. Our ideal candidate must be an Australian Citizen with Australian government baseline, NV1 or higher security clearance (non-negotiable, as we work with many government agencies that require this). As a Business Analyst , you will bridge the gap between stakeholders and the development team, interpreting business requirements into understandable development tasks to match a final software product with the expected business value. You will work with our clients (and internal project teams) to workshop and capture clients’ technical and business requirements, collaboratively refine and rank them, and produce Business Requirements Specification documents to be used for solution designs and delivery. You will also wear a “tester” hat, creating quality test plans and cases that align with the requirements document. You will have visibility of the project from concept to delivery, including business requirements gathering, Business process mapping, and working with consultants to create functional specification documents, wireframes / mock-ups, process flow diagrams, user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans, and scripts. The role could also include a documentation and training component, involving the development and delivery of training materials in various formats. This is a highly visible role, and you will have visibility of the project from to delivery including business requirements gathering, business process mapping, and working with consultants to create functional specification documents, wireframes, mock-ups, process flow diagrams, test plans, and scripts.
