About the Role This role is a Digital Platforms Support Officer within the Service Desk, with a strong focus on Jira Service Management and SharePoint Online . You will be responsible for improving ITSM workflows, automation, reporting, and governance in Jira, while also administering SharePoint and supporting broader Microsoft 365 platforms to enable a modern, well‑governed digital workplace. You will be responsible for key tasks such as: Supporting and improving Jira Service Management , including workflows, automation rules, request types, dashboards, and reporting to improve service efficiency and visibility. Administering SharePoint Online , helping maintain site structure, permissions, and data governance standards. Supporting core Microsoft 365 platforms (including Entra ID and Intune) as required to maintain secure access and device management. Assisting with data governance, cybersecurity, and responsible AI use , following established policies and practices. Working closely with the Service Desk team to support escalations, process improvements, and service delivery during peak periods. About You What you will bring: Excellent customer service skills and able to interact effectively with all levels of the business with varying levels of IT knowledge. Advanced Jira Service Management administration experience, including workflows, automation, and SLA configuration. Strong skills with supporting Microsoft Online Applications – Microsoft 365 , Teams Online, Microsoft Office Suite, etc. Strong skills and experience administration in Azure Entra ID and SharePoint Online , particular in dynamic permission membership and multi-tenant environments. Understanding of Copilot administration, AI features , and responsible data governance. Solid troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and ITSM practice knowledge. A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning. A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar.
