Description About the Role We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrator (Institutional Alliances) to provide high level administrative, coordination, and executive support to the Vice President – Institutional Alliances. Based at our Northern Beach Campus, this role plays a key part in supporting the development, governance, and ongoing management of institutional alliances, international partnerships, and transnational education (TNE) initiatives. The position works closely with senior leaders, academic and professional teams, and international partners to support joint programs, offshore delivery, articulation agreements, and international collaboration activities, ensuring alignment with institutional strategy and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Strategic and Alliance Support Provide administrative and coordination support for the delivery of institutional alliance and international strategy. Track progress of strategic partnerships, joint programs, and alliance initiatives. Prepare briefing papers, presentations, reports, and executive correspondence for senior leadership, Boards, and Joint Management Committees (JMCs). Maintain accurate records of alliance agreements, renewals, approvals, and key milestones. Partnership and TNE Coordination Coordinate communications with international partners, overseas campuses, government bodies, and external stakeholders. Support administration of TNE programs, joint institutes, and articulation pathways, including documentation, timelines, and approvals. Coordinate meetings for JMCs, PCGs, and operational working groups, including agendas, papers, minutes, and follow-up actions. Governance, Compliance, and Documentation Assist in managing partnership documentation such as MOUs, articulation agreements, and regulatory submissions. Ensure appropriate document control, version management, and confidentiality of sensitive information. Support compliance with internal governance frameworks, quality assurance processes, and education regulatory requirements. Executive and Operational Support Prepare briefing packs and background material for meetings, negotiations, and site visits. Act as a key liaison between the Vice President and internal stakeholders on alliance-related matters. Liaise with academic, registry, marketing, and operational teams to support alliance delivery and reporting. Support special projects related to alliance development, review, or expansion. Student Experience and International Engagement Support coordination of student engagement initiatives across offshore and transnational programs. Assist with partner and student surveys, data collection, and analysis. Support international study opportunities, including short-term study tours and mobility initiatives. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Essential Demonstrated experience in executive administration, ideally within higher education or an international education environment. Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail. Experience working across multiple teams and engaging with senior stakeholders. High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to work independently. Understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements in an education or institutional context. Desirable Postgraduate qualification relevant to higher education, international development, business, or a related field. Experience supporting international partnerships, TNE programs, or offshore delivery. Knowledge of academic mapping, curriculum alignment, or quality assurance processes. Experience working with international partners, particularly in China or the Asia-Pacific region. Ability to speak and write Mandarin. Why Join Us?
