Our Recreation Team is a vibrant, close-knit community of people who thrive on connection, movement, and making a difference. From Duty Managers and Customer Service Officers to Instructors and Coordinators, our team transforms 18 Recreation Centres into welcoming, inclusive, and safe spaces—offering health, fitness, and recreation opportunities to those who need them most. We are now looking for swimming instructors to join the team at The Y Broken Hill Regional Aquatic Centre. You will come with a passion for the water and an ability to teach essential swimming skills. You should be available to work between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday About your new role Our Swimming Instructors are a happy bunch; every day they are teaching young people the essential skill of swimming. They love seeing those big wide smiles each day, as the children splash around having fun, while gaining confidence and becoming safe in and around the water.
