As a Casual Educator, you will: Provide high-quality care and education across different age groups. Support permanent team members in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. Deliver play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) . Build positive and supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Adapt quickly to different rooms and team environments. What You’ll Need Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent). Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration . Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification . A flexible and proactive approach, with availability for short-notice shifts.
