Your New Role Senior Store Team Member – Burwood We're excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced retail professional to join our Burwood store as a Senior Store Team Member. In this role, you'll be a key support to the Store Manager and leadership team, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the store. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, support newer team members, and help maintain high standards across customer experience, safety, visual merchandising and stock presentation. You'll use your experience to proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, support team capability, and deliver a consistently fantastic shopping experience. While this is not a formal management role, you'll play an important leadership presence within the store. About You You bring 2 years' retail experience and are confident operating in a senior or trusted team member role. You're passionate about customer service and take pride in doing things the right way. You: Lead by example and naturally support and guide others Deliver a consistently high standard of customer experience Are confident with store procedures, safety standards and daily operations Communicate clearly and handle challenges with professionalism Are committed to learning, development and continuous improvement Put the safety and wellbeing of customers and team members first Completion of a Cert III in Retail (or willingness to undertake) is highly regarded, along with a proactive, positive attitude.
