Key Responsibilities Orchestrate multi-country operations across the SEA region, ensuring consistent execution of global strategy while adapting operating models to local market dynamics, regulatory environments, and consumer behaviours. Drive superior regional commercial performance, delivering sustained revenue growth and profitability across multiple markets through disciplined P&L ownership, data-led decision making, and continuous optimisation of store productivity and cost structures. Lead and accelerate regional expansion strategies, identifying high-potential markets, cities, and channels, and steering market entry, store rollout, and partnership models to maximise speed, scale, and return on investment. Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing regional leadership bench, developing Country Managers and senior leaders into commercially astute, culturally agile operators capable of scaling the business sustainably. Partner closely with global and regional brand teams to translate brand vision into locally resonant, regionally cohesive strategies, ensuring brand consistency while unlocking market-specific growth opportunities. Act as the primary regional stakeholder ambassador, strengthening relationships with franchise partners, landlords, regulators, and strategic collaborators, while proactively managing reputational risk and leading complex issue and crisis resolution across markets. Provide strategic insight and market intelligence to global leadership, leveraging regional data, consumer trends, and competitive analysis to inform long-term growth strategy and organisational priorities.
