Facilities Systems Support Officer Full-time – 12-month contract Camberwell, VIC About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Systems Support Officer to support the operations of our Facilities Team by ensuring timely and accurate data entry across our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Finance/ERP systems. In this role, you’ll help facilitate maintenance and project works across our property portfolio, while supporting day-to-day administration processes across multiple systems. You will also engage with nominated stakeholders and contractors to ensure correct systems use and adhere to required procedures. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support for the CMMS and Finance/ERP systems Ensure contractors are engaging with Baptcare systems and procedures correctly Review and process financial data for accurate accounting and reporting Prepare commercial service agreements and minor works contracts as required Support the Facilities Operations Team with system activities, reporting and day-to-day tasks Ensure all R&M and Capex expenditure is captured and processed in line with required processes Complete general administration tasks to support team operations About You To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a high level of accuracy, strong organisation skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. You will also have: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks • A collaborative approach with initiative and a willingness to support others • The ability to handle confidential information professionally • Flexibility to adapt to business changes and working environments • Alignment with Baptcare’s Mission, Vision and Values Essential experience 3–5 years’ experience in facilities management or accounts payable Strong data entry experience Experience working with a CMMS Intermediate MS Office skills (especially Excel and Word) Exposure to commercial service agreements and minor works contracts Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders, including contractors and leadership Ability to work with minimal supervision and apply problem-solving skills Availability to work outside standard hours occasionally (as required) About us We are proud to be part of the merged care organisation that will be known nationally as BaptistCare.
