About the Role As our Office Manager, you’ll be the glue that holds our Glen Iris head office together. From keeping daily operations running smoothly to supporting the wider organisation with high-quality admin and operational support, no two days will look the same. This role is all about creating a professional, welcoming and efficient workplace . You’ll take care of the essentials; office supplies, vendors, mail, visitors and onboarding — while also making sure our office feels like a place people genuinely enjoy being in. You’ll also play a big part in bringing our culture to life, coordinating celebrations, events and meaningful moments that connect our people and reflect TheirCare’s values of being caring, open and engaged . What You’ll Be Doing Keep our Glen Iris office running like a well-oiled (and friendly!) machine Manage office supplies, uniforms, equipment and vendor relationships Coordinate mail, deliveries, couriers and internal office communications Be the welcoming face of HQ — greeting visitors and managing reception, meeting rooms and parking Support new starters with smooth office onboarding (desk set-up, IT, IDs, uniforms and more) Maintain clean, safe and well-presented shared spaces Manage shared inboxes and day-to-day office communications Support internal stakeholders and field teams with admin and operational needs Organise office celebrations, events and special days that bring people together Assist with workplace health and safety requirements and coordination About You You’re someone who: Has experience in Office Management, Reception or Business Administration (ideal, but not essential) Loves being organised and can juggle multiple priorities with ease Is friendly, confident and great at building relationships Is proactive, reliable and happy working independently Takes pride in creating a clean, safe and welcoming office environment Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and everyday office tech Genuinely enjoys supporting others and contributing to a positive workplace Why Work With Us?
