ConsultANZ is looking for an ambitious and client-focused Regional Business Development Manager in Perth to join a growing civil and pavement solutions business. This role will capture the significant market opportunities emerging across Western Australia, Northern Territory, and South Australia. The Role: As the Regional Business Development Manager, you will: Be client-facing, building and maintaining strong relationships across WA, NT, and SA. Identify and bring new business opportunities back to the business for pricing. Work closely with the pre-contracts team where required, depending on the nature of the opportunity. Manage a high volume of bids. Travel across the regions to support clients and pursue new opportunities as required. What We’re Looking For: Experience in pavements or civil construction, ideally with a background in stabilisation, chipseal, asphalt, or related services. Strong business development and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to generate new opportunities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transactional environment with high bid volumes. Ability to travel extensively across WA, NT, and SA. Self-motivated and adaptable.
