We're looking for someone who will have full accountability for performance and the mandate to rethink how clearance works: commercially, operationally and digitally. What You'll Do Maintain full ownership of revenue, margin, recovery rates, operating costs and cash flow Design and execute a clearance strategy that maximises value Drive a step-change reduction in aged and dormant inventory Establish clear rules for stock flow, presentation and timing Build strong external partnerships with manufacturers, importers and distributors Shape a digital-first clearance experience that is transparent, fast and conversion-driven Lead disciplined, urgent day-to-day operations across warehousing, logistics and delivery Build and motivate a lean, accountable team with a strong ownership mindset Communicate clearly and commercially with executive and cross-functional stakeholders What We're Looking For Senior leadership experience running a business unit or full P&L Strong commercial judgement and comfort making decisions with imperfect information Experience in retail, clearance, outlet, marketplace, liquidation or complex inventory environments Operational credibility — you understand how stock actually moves Confidence engaging senior stakeholders across finance, supply chain and digital A data-driven mindset, comfortable using AI and analytics day-to-day Exposure to e-commerce, logistics-heavy or multi-site operations (highly regarded) Why You'll Love Working with Us We are a multi-award winning fourth generation Australian family owned business.
