You will oversee daily facility operations, support team development, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and financial standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a dedicated team to deliver compassionate, resident-centred care Manage clinical, operational, and financial performance Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards Build and maintain positive community relationships to support occupancy and engagement Champion a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement About You You are a Registered Nurse or qualified health professional with strong leadership experience in aged care or health services. You bring operational capability, sound judgement, and a genuine commitment to supporting residents and staff.
