Job Description As a Rehab Consultant with TWS, you will deliver holistic, client centered services within workplace rehabilitation. Using your clinical knowledge and health background, you will be an integral part of assisting injured workers to recover at work and achieve independence at home, in the workplace and the community, improving their wellbeing and purpose in life. Day to day, you will undertake: Workplace rehabilitation services in line with your scope of practice, such as: Initial Needs Assessments Rehabilitation Counselling Vocational Assessments Medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison and case management services Support needs assessments
