The Opportunity We're actively seeking expressions of interest from General Practitioners to join our team, providing on-site, relationship-based medical care to resident s within Residential Aged Care Facilities across Tasmania . This role is designed for GPs who value clinical depth over volume and want to practise in a structured, well-supported environment. You will work with a consistent cohort of residents, allowing you to build meaningful clinical relationships and deliver thoughtful, continuity-focused care — without the pace or pressures of traditional general practice. You will be supported by a dedicated on-site nurse, telehealth geriatricians and physicians, and a highly experienced administrative team, enabling you to focus on clinical decision-making rather than coordination, paperwork or logistics. Opportunities are subject to availability and may be limited or unavailable in certain locations. Why GPs Choose Us Exceptional Earning Potential: Earn up to $2,000 per day for an 8-hour workday. Overseas applicants need not apply. Fellowship with the RACGP or ACRRM Availability for at least 1 day per week, with potential for additional work as a result of growth. Experience with system-based reporting and confidence in using various software packages preferred. A personal laptop is required to perform the duties of this position.
