We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale CRM and integration solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, cloud architecture, and delivery , working across Microsoft and AWS platforms . You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and well-governed solution designs, while guiding delivery teams across CRM, integration, data, and cloud services. Key Responsibilities Architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Design hybrid and cloud-native architectures across Azure and AWS Lead solution design across CRM, integrations, data, and security domains Define integration patterns using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures Produce high-quality architecture artefacts (HLDs, LLDs, C4 models) Engage senior stakeholders and lead design workshops Ensure solutions align with security, governance, and compliance standards Provide architectural governance and support through delivery Key Skills & Experience Essential Proven experience as a Solution Architect in enterprise environments Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture experience Hands-on architecture across Azure and AWS Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Strong integration experience (APIs, middleware, event-driven design) Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Highly Desirable Experience in regulated industries (government, finance, insurance, telco) Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Functions) AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, API Gateway) TOGAF / ArchiMate or similar architecture frameworks Security-aware design (Zero Trust, IAM, compliance standards)
