Job Description Overview As the CHRO Solutions GTM for APAC , you will serve as the Regional Interlock for the CHRO persona, connecting the Global GTM Center of Excellence (COE) with regional project organizations to drive cohesive go-to-market execution across APAC. You will champion the CHRO persona strategy in the region, ensuring alignment between global GTM frameworks and local project delivery teams while driving measurable business impact. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader with a passion for cross-functional collaboration and strategic execution in complex, matrixed environments. Key Responsibilities Regional Interlock & Alignment Act as the primary Regional Interlock for the CHRO persona between the Global GTM COE and APAC project organizations, ensuring seamless communication, strategy translation, and execution alignment. Translate global CHRO persona GTM strategies into regionally-relevant activation plans that resonate with APAC project teams and market dynamics. Partner with project organizations across APAC to understand regional priorities, constraints, and opportunities, incorporating this intelligence into global GTM strategy refinement. Facilitate bidirectional feedback loops between Global GTM COE and regional project teams to continuously improve offerings, positioning, and execution approaches. GTM Strategy & Execution Develop, prioritize, and refine CHRO persona GTM strategies specific to APAC in collaboration with the Global GTM COE. Lead the immersion and activation of CHRO GTM initiatives within regional project organizations, driving scalable and consistent execution to maximize pipeline generation, progression, and new net annual contract value (NNACV). Enable and activate field teams and project organizations on all CHRO solutions GTM plans, ensuring cohesive execution and alignment with regional business objectives. Design and execute scalable engagement models that reach multiple internal stakeholders and project teams simultaneously, maximizing regional impact. Persona Ownership & Thought Leadership Serve as the regional subject matter expert and champion for the CHRO persona, representing regional perspectives in global GTM forums and strategy sessions. Elevate, simplify, and transform CHRO solution messaging in partnership with Industry teams and Global GTM COE, ensuring clarity and impact across all regional channels. Stay ahead of APAC market trends, competitive shifts, and emerging CHRO-related needs to inform regional GTM strategy and positioning. Represent the organization at regional industry events, panels, and executive forums as the voice of CHRO solutions. Performance Management & Continuous Improvement Establish and track regional KPIs and OKRs aligned with global CHRO persona objectives, measuring effectiveness of GTM execution and project organization enablement. Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to Global GTM COE leadership and regional project stakeholders. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the regional GTM ecosystem.
