We're currently looking for Cooks and Chefs to join our team in Illawarra, NSW. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion controls, and quality standards. Ensure food is presented in a consistent and appealing manner. Assist with menu development, specials, and seasonal offerings. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Monitor stock levels, assist with stock rotation, and minimise wastage. Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service. Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines and venue policies. Support the Head Chef / Venue Manager with kitchen operations as required. To be considered for these opportunities, you will need to have a minimum 1-2 years' solid work experience as a cook/chef, as well as a relevant qualification. These are full time opportunities.
