The Y NSW is proud to operate the brand-new Multi-Sports Facility, a state-of-the-art venue designed to support community sport and recreation. This facility will host a wide range of indoor sporting competitions and programs, trading long hours, 7 days a week. About the Role We are seeking a proven Stadium Operator with strong leadership skills to take on the critical role of Centre Manager. This position is responsible for the overall management and operations of the facility, ensuring exceptional customer experience, compliance with contractual obligations, and the successful delivery of sporting competitions and programs. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of the facility’s operations, including staffing, budgets, and compliance. Drive the establishment and growth of indoor sporting competitions (basketball, netball, futsal, and more). Build and maintain strong relationships within the NSW sporting landscape. Ensure high standards of safety, service, and community engagement. Recruit, develop, and lead a diverse team, including coordinators, team leaders, and service staff. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Stadium Operator or in large-scale sports facility management. Strong understanding of the NSW sporting landscape. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage teams. Experience in delivering indoor sporting competitions and programs. Excellent communication, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills. Working Conditions This role requires flexibility to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends, to meet the operational needs of a 7-day-a-week facility.
