A rare opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre FP&A Manager with a strong systems background and business partnering outlook to join the business and support an exceptional senior finance leadership team, through providing value-add solutions in line with strategic objectives. Responsibilities Ownership of annual budgeting and business planning processes Establish clear governance and process frameworks to drive accountability for meeting planning timelines and stakeholder commitments. Gain deep understanding of business drivers and KPIs across functions, confidently articulating financial insights and implications to senior stakeholders and serve as the primary business partner to the C-suite and department heads. Managing a strong performing team of 3 Build and own department-specific dashboards enabling stakeholder self-service data access. Leverage systems to create automated, fit-for-purpose dashboards for each department (Marketing, HR, IT, Ops) that eliminate reliance on Excel and streamline data consumption. Establish standards for model building, data flow management, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure seamless data integration across finance systems and guide decisions on system enhancements, improving speed and automation. Candidate Profile This role is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate with solid exposure to FP&A and Financial Systems, specifically planning tools such as Anaplan or Adaptive Insights who is looking for an opportunity to grow in a fast paced, positively evolving business. The ideal candidate will be an experienced hands-on end user of systems with the ability to business partner key senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be CA / CPA Qualified with excellent communication skills as well as a collaborative, highly communicative leader who builds influence through relationships rather than hierarchy.
