This is an 8-12 month temporary assignment in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, providing operational and administrative support to senior management and the branch. Key Responsibilities Administrative support to senior managers, including diary and travel management Organise branch and client events Manage expense claims, attendance trackers, and leave registers Maintain organisational charts, phone lists, and compliance documentation Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes Respond to client queries and manage correspondence Liaise with internal teams and external platforms for account setup Support compliance initiatives About You Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Business support role Administrative experience within financial services preferred Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure High attention to detail and professional presentation Valid Australian work visa for at least 12 months on a full time basis.
