About the Role As a Production Team Leader , you’ll play a vital role in leading a pharmaceutical production environment while supporting employees to achieve their NDIS goals. You’ll ensure production targets are met, maintain quality standards, and foster a safe, collaborative team culture. Key Responsibilities Motivate and mentor a diverse workforce, promoting safety and compliance with WHS policies. Supervise and guide supported employees to meet NDIS goals and commercial outcomes. Ensure production meets customer expectations for quality and delivery timeframes. Monitor operations, adjust processes, and maintain Good Manufacturing Practice standards. Conduct skills training, assessments, and performance reviews in collaboration with Employment Coaches.
