Our concrete team are well rounded who work on both the pour and finish and comfortable screeding, vibrating, using the helicopter and hand trowel finish. ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client are an Australian owned and operated Precast Concrete Manufacturer who supply to the construction industry both in NSW and interstate. With a busy 2026 lined up we require experienced concreters to join our team. ABOUT THE ROLE You will be working alongside a highly skilled and experienced team of concreters pouring and finishing precast tilt up panels. Prior experience with precast is advantageous but not essential. A strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team environment is a must to be successful in this role. You must be available to work 10 hour days Monday - Friday. Immediate start. SKILLS Experience setting up, pouring, screeding and finishing concrete. Ability to read plans and specifications. Good communication skills and team work. Precast or similar concreting experience. Attention to detail. Ability to work well within a team and assist where required.
