This role is a permanent part time position working shifts Monday, Wednesday and Friday between the core hours of 8:00AM to 5:30PM. Role Overview: As a Contact Centre Agent , you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Answering phone calls for bookings across the Inner West region promptly and handling inquiries professionally Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers Future potential to incorporate hybrid work from home options What we’re looking for: ✅ Clear verbal and written communication skills. ✅ A background in customer service. ✅ Strong organisational abilities to book appointments and manage call flow in a busy environment. ✅ Confidence working across multiple screens and systems. Prior experience in healthcare or a contact centre is beneficial, but not essential, as you will receive supportive training to learn our systems and build a foundation of radiology knowledge.
