We’re now hiring part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our AAMI team and support customers across Australia. Shift Pattern: This role is a Part time Role offering: Option 1: 30 hours per week – Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday Start window 08:00am -10:00am (During daylight savings 7:00am - 9:00am) Please note: ‘Start window’ means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown. You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown. What You’ll Be Doing As an AAMI Specialist , you’ll: Support customers with their insurance needs via phone Provide clear, helpful solutions tailored to each customer Build strong relationships through great service Achieve service and sales targets with customer satisfaction at the core Resolve enquiries efficiently and confidently What You’ll Bring We’re looking for individuals who have: A passion for customer service and a strong desire to help people Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the ability to simplify complex information Motivation to consistently achieve and exceed targets A collaborative mindset and ability to work both virtually and in-person Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning and development Training Period Our success starts with investing in your growth. You’ll complete a 7-week, full-time, paid training program held at our Townsville office, equipping you with everything you need to succeed in the role. Please note : You’ll be required to work full-time from our Townsville office during the training period. Once complete, you’ll move to your selected shift pattern and transition to our flexible hybrid working model. Home Office Setup Requirements As this is a hybrid role, you’ll work from both the office and home.
