About RoleThe Program supports newly arrived humanitarian entrants and other eligible clients to integrate into Australian life by building the skills and knowledge they need to become self-reliant and active members of the community. About YouThe Salesforce Administrator will support the HSP team with Salesforce/Integrated Client Management System, learning about the program and finding ways to streamline usability, improve functionality and improve user adoption. This will be done in close collaboration with the organisation's wider Salesforce and Data Teams.You will work closely with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce configurations. The role involves configuring, customising and optimising the Salesforce platform to meet organisational needs while ensuring strong system performance.As the Salesforce Administrator, you will manage and maintain data integrity through data imports, updates and regular clean-up activities, and develop data quality strategies to ensure accurate and reliable information. You will design, build and maintain flows and other automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.Maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes and procedures will be essential, along with providing onboarding and ongoing refresher training to support staff and promote confident use of Salesforce.Please reach out to us for the full Position Description to review the Key Responsibilities and Measures of success.
