Contract until end of April 2026 Attractive hourly rate of $ 41.46/hr super Working 5 days and 38 hours per week Hybrid work arrangement with flexible timings (WFH 50% in Parramatta office) PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: This role is primarily administrative, with a strong focus on data entry and application processing in a trauma informed environment. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Accurately process incoming applications and complete high-volume data entry tasks. Review, register, and update client information across internal systems. Ensure applications meet required criteria and follow clearly defined processes. Maintain accurate records while handling sensitive information with discretion. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required. Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the registration function within a supportive team environment ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Strong administrative and data entry background with experience in high-volume processing environment. High attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication with clients Computer literate with aptitude to learn new applications. Must have experience in Microsoft Outlook and Teams. Experience working with sensitive information will be highly regarded.
