What you’ll do Lead and manage a broad range of corporate and personal insolvency and reconstruction engagements Conduct high-level insolvency and financial analyses, including review and interpretation of complex financial statements Prepare and review detailed technical reports and client-facing written communications Apply and interpret relevant legislation, including the Corporations Act, Bankruptcy Act, PPSA and ARITA Code of Professional Practice Liaise with Directors, Managers and other business units on complex technical and commercial matters What you’ll bring Tertiary qualifications in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major, plus CA or CPA completion or in progress Proven Australian experience in a supervisory-level insolvency role Strong technical knowledge of insolvency legislation, accounting standards and professional practice requirements Advanced ability to analyse financial data and exercise sound commercial judgment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines and billing targets The Vincents Experience We believe people do their best work when they’re supported, challenged, and inspired.
