Position: ServiceNow Consultant Australian Citizens with NV1 Security clearance We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Consultant with NV1 clearance and relevant ServiceNow certifications (Certified Technical Architect or Implementation certification in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and other ServiceNow applications). The ideal candidate will design and deliver end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and architectural standards. Responsibilities: Solution Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and comply with architectural standards. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate requirements into effective platform solutions. Governance & Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to governance, quality assurance, security, and architecture principles. Technical Leadership: Lead solution design efforts and provide technical guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, integrations, and other ServiceNow modules. Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for platform optimization and innovation. Certifications Needed: ServiceNow Certified Developer & Technical Architect or Implementation certification in ITSM / ITOM / CSM and other ServiceNow applications. Nice to Have Skills: Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and ServiceNow integrations. Ability to ensure compliance with security and architectural standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
