NUCREW is partnering with a market leader in resource management and project execution within the industrial and mining sectors. We’re seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to support operational requirements across both site and office environments. This is a Perth-based, Monday to Friday role with an expectation of site time as required. About the role: You’ll play a key part in maintaining safety systems, supporting incident management, and ensuring documentation and compliance frameworks are upheld across operations. Key responsibilities: Maintain HSE KPIs, inspection schedules and inspection records Monitor and maintain hazard reports within internal systems Review and update HSE policies and procedures as required Review and maintain internal documentation to uphold ISO accreditations Assist with incident management, both onsite and in the office environment Populate and distribute safety notifications, toolbox talk materials and pre-start agendas About you: Demonstrated experience in mining, fixed plant maintenance, and shutdowns (essential) Minimum Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent) Strong administration and systems capability with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator able to engage effectively with stakeholders on site and in office Why Apply?
