Office and Project Administrator About the Company Our client is a privately owned Development, Project Management, and Advisory business delivering a range of high-profile projects for prominent local, national, and international clients. Due to continued growth, the business is seeking an Office and Project Administrator to support directors and senior management. This role is based in the Perth CBD and applications are encouraged from candidates seeking flexible or part-time working arrangements . About the Role This role will provide office and project administration support across the business. It is well suited to a proactive and reliable individual who is keen to develop professionally and take on increasing responsibility over time. Working arrangement: 4 days per week Perth CBD office-based role Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to two company Directors and Senior Management Coordinate daily office operations, including meetings, travel bookings, and diary management Prepare documents, reports, and presentations Provide project administration support, including: Liaising with external consultants and contractors Preparing and distributing meeting minutes Managing project documentation, information control, and filing systems Skills & Experience Essential: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a professional or administrative role Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent numeracy, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Proven ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work under pressure, solve problems, and meet deadlines Desirable: Certificate or Diploma in Business or related studies Bookkeeping experience using Xero Previous experience within property, project management, or construction environments
