Location : Brent, North West London Start Date : January 2026 (or sooner) Hours : Full-time and part-time opportunities available Contract : Flexible supply, long-term, and full academic year roles Pay : £90–£114 per day (depending on experience) ANZUK Education is working in partnership with a number of primary schools across Brent to recruit Special Needs Teaching Assistants (SEN TAs / LSAs) for a range of flexible supply and long-term positions. These roles are ideal for experienced SEN professionals as well as individuals looking for flexibility around their availability, with opportunities to work 1:1 and in small groups supporting pupils with additional needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with special educational needs Support children with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties Work closely with class teachers and SENCo to implement personalised strategies and IEPs Support pupils with engagement, emotional regulation, and independence Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment Assist with classroom routines and differentiated activities The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting A calm, patient, and adaptable approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for inclusive education An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Availability for flexible supply and/or full-time work Why Work with ANZUK?
