This includes Developing and modifying robotic programs for welding and WAAM processes using C++, RAPID(ABB RobotStudio), WAMSoft, and AMLSoft. Designing and implementing automation logic for ABB RobotStudio and UR10e systems, including motion routines, safety logic and process sequences. Creating and optimising software routines for automated production workflows. Generating slicing files from 3D CAD (.STL) models in WAMSoft, defining toolpaths, deposition strategies, layer parameters and material settings. Integrating slicing outputs into AMLSoft to control the full WAAM printing process. Validating and refining toolpaths through simulation before executing programs in production. Integrating sensors, scanners and calibration tools into robotic programs to enhance accuracy, repeatability and process monitoring. Configuring hardware and software components to ensure stable communication between robots, welding systems and WAAM control platforms. Testing, monitoring, analysing and optimising process parameters such as heat input, wire feed rate, arc stability and cooling behaviour. Performing virtual simulations in RobotStudio to test and validate robotic movements, collision-free paths and process sequences. Troubleshooting and debuging robotic code, automation scripts and system logic. Conducting software testing cycles and implement improvements based on system behaviour and production feedback. Maintaining documentation for robotic programs, slicing configurations, automation scripts and system updates.
