Our top-tier banking client is seeking an experienced Program Test Director to lead testing for major migration programs, including large-scale platform and customer migrations. This is a high-impact role at the forefront of technology transformation in a regulated banking environment. What You’ll Do: Lead the development and execution of test strategies for large-scale, complex migration programs. Drive big bang migration testing , including cutover rehearsals and fallback planning. Coordinate test activities across multiple program streams, including data, applications, and infrastructure. Manage and align multi-vendor teams, reporting progress and risks to program leadership and steering committees. Ensure all testing meets strict regulatory and operational risk standards, safeguarding customer impact and compliance. What We’re Looking For: 9 Years Proven experience in migration testing, particularly big bang approaches. Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct large, multi-vendor test teams. Proficiency with Agile delivery , Jira, Power BI, and test management tools. Solid understanding of banking compliance, risk frameworks, and customer-centric considerations.
