About The Role We’re looking for a Program & Events Manager to lead our external activations and engagement programs. This role is pivotal in shaping The Florey’s brand and reputation through high-impact events, VIP tours, donor engagement, and public presentations. You’ll also support internal events that enhance our people value proposition. What You'll D. Design and deliver creative, high-quality events and audience programs. Provide strategic advice on event concepts, narratives, and success measures. Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact. Manage relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement through performance measurement and reporting What we're looking for 4-6 years’ experience in event management, program management, sponsorship activations, or relationship programs. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with senior leaders. Experience preparing briefing packs, run sheets, and project plans. Proficiency with communications platforms (SharePoint, EMS, internal networks). Highly desirable: experience in philanthropy, not-for-profit, research, university, or healthcare sectors, or a passion for health research.
