The Role This role is responsible for leading and driving the Marketing function to achieve future growth expectations. The position requires creative thinking, planning, supplier engagement, brand development, marketing communications, digital execution, and budget accountability. As the department head, this role forms part of the senior leadership team and plays a critical role in shaping the business’s market presence and commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Develop go-to-market marketing plans, advertising and public relations strategies in conjunction with the Product team Support the Product team to maximise marketing income and manage department profit through effective cost management Lead suppliers to buy into the business value proposition Create an engaging go-to-market platform for resellers Own and execute end-to-end digital marketing activities Manage content strategy and optimise digital performance using data and analytics to measure traffic, engagement, leads and conversion, delivering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement Lead the Marketing function, governing the requirements of the business and its suppliers Lead and drive the delivery of all marketing activity and campaigns Position the brand for maximum market impact Conduct regular ROI analysis of campaign targets and outcomes Manage the delivery of events and industry expos You Will Have: At least 7–10 years’ experience in a similar senior marketing role within the technology sector Exceptional stakeholder and supplier management capability Proven track record leading people and developing high-performing teams A strong mix of marketing experience across creative, digital and commercial disciplines A seasoned professional able to challenge the status quo and set clear marketing strategy and direction Solid experience across marketing processes and fundamentals Demonstrated experience in budgeting and forecasting marketing costs across internal and external resources Advanced analytical and formal presentation skills, including proficiency across the MS Office suite Culture People enjoy working in this team because they have an engaging, agile and performance-driven culture that's supportive and innovative.
