Your role provides guardianship of Parks Victoria's visual brand identity and oversees its application in signage and other physical and digital assets. You will support regional teams to implement the brand guidelines and ensure brand integrity both internally and with external suppliers. You will also play a supporting role in managing branding, signage, major design and other projects, and communicating and embedding process changes to support regional teams and other internal stakeholders. About Us The Communications and Engagement Directorate is Parks Victoria's hub for media, communications, engagement, and customer service, ensuring consistent and effective approaches that highlight the organisation's positive impact. It manages brand strategy, communications protocols, media enquiries, and customer interactions, while building tools, policies, and procedures that strengthen capability across the organisation. We're looking for someone with: Demonstrated experience in graphic design and leading large design, photography or video projects. Experience managing brand guidelines, templates and processes enabling consistent brand integrity by internal stakeholders, preferably in a government setting. A thorough understanding of services contract management and government procurement processes. Experience leading complex creative services projects in a government setting. Strong understanding of best practice design techniques, accessibility and digital design standards.
