About the role As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for completing thorough inspections for our client based in Melbourne CBD. This is estimated to be a 6-week contract. Responsibilities Conduct detailed property inspections in the build to rent space. Manage tenant communications and address queries promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve issues efficiently. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum 3 years' experience in the property management. Real Estate Licence / Agents representative certificate. Proven experience in running inspections. Excellent communication, problem solving and time management skills.
