About the Role: As the Retail Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of both our Drive Thru and Detached Bottlemart locations. You’ll lead by example, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of retail attendants, fostering a positive work environment. Manage daily operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and staff scheduling. Ensure compliance with all liquor licensing regulations. Drive sales and profitability through excellent customer service and strategic planning. Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing improvements where needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years management experience in a retail or bottleshop environment. Proven experience in the liquor, FMCG or hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Knowledge of liquor products and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
