Description About the Role In this role, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day running of our feedmill - keeping equipment operating safely and ensuring high-quality feed production for our animals. You'll be involved in: Assisting with the daily operation and basic maintenance of plant and equipment Spotting opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce downtime Ensuring feed is produced safely and to quality standards Collection and reporting operational data to support production targets It's a practical, steady role with plenty of variety - where you know what you do is making a difference. Skills And Experiences About You You'll thrive in this role if you: Enjoy hands-on work and keeping things running smoothly Are reliable, safety-minded and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Can work weekends of public holidays if needed Are keen to grow your skills - we'll support you with on-the-job training Have a forklift licence (bonus, not essential) Hold Working at Heights or Confined Space Qualifications (big advantage) Take pride in supporting high standards of animal welfare and biosecurity Experience in Agriculture, farming, feedmills or machinery is great - but not essential for the right attitude.
