As an Assistant Manager, you’ll take charge of the day-to-day operations of our bustling venue, overseeing bar, restaurant, accommodation and entertainment offerings. What You’ll Do Support the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service in our bar, restaurant, and accommodation. Be the point of contact for guest inquiries, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience, from check-in to checkout. What We’re Looking For A proven leader with previous experience in hospitality management. Current QLD RSA, RSG, RMLV, Approved Managers License & CLO. A positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, close-knit team environment. A passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle problems on the spot. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. A solid understanding of hospitality regulations, financial management, and best practices.
