They are known for supporting injured individuals through workplace incidents, transport accidents, medical issues and public liability matters. Their history reflects a commitment to fairness, community and strong advocacy for vulnerable clients. The team operates with a collaborative, client-centred approach, offering lawyers direct mentorship, structured processes and access to diverse claimant work across several compensation schemes. What You’ll Be Doing You will join their office in Dandenong, and will manage a varied plaintiff portfolio with guidance from senior lawyers while taking on increasing responsibility as you grow. • Running WorkCover, TAC, public liability or medical related claims • Drafting statements, evidence, advice and negotiation material • Managing discovery, reporting and procedural steps • Engaging with clients, experts and medical providers • Preparing for conferences, conciliations and mediations • Supporting senior practitioners on complex or litigated matters What You’ll Bring • Around 3–5 years PQE in plaintiff injury law • Strong drafting and negotiation skills • Confident communication with injured clients • A compassionate, organised and thorough approach Sound like the opportunity for you?
