Business Analyst (Digital Platforms) We are partnering with a well-established member organisation with a high-traffic digital platform, focused on delivering seamless and secure online experiences at scale. Looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-performing AEM squad delivering continuous improvement across a large-scale digital platform. This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who is comfortable working in fast-moving Agile teams. What you’ll be doing Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications Ensure requirements align with AEM capabilities, architecture, and best practices Facilitate discovery and refinement sessions with business, UX, developers, content, analytics, and platform teams Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative delivery within an Agile squad Focus on improving content authoring workflows and usability for content teams Partner with UX and development to ensure designs are technically feasible and scalable Identify risks, dependencies, and integration requirements early Ensure solutions meet relevant data governance, security, and compliance standards What we’re looking for 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst on complex digital platforms Must have Hands-on AEM experience (authoring, components, templates, workflows) Strong Agile delivery background within cross-functional squads Experience working with APIs, integrations, and data-driven solutions Comfortable working in ambiguity and shifting priorities Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and process modelling tools (Visio, draw.io) The benefits: 3 month day rate contract with strong possibility for extension ASAP start Hybrid working arrangements - Melbourne offices Supportive culture with focus on training & development Strong opportunities for progression into different projects Access Contractor Benefits Program: Enjoy discounts at hundreds of retail outlets, department stores, activities, novated lease, travel and restaurants nationwide Get gym membership discounts with our partners Enjoy Health Insurance discounts off all NIB retail health insurance products Access EAP for wellbeing and mental health support If you have teh right skillset, please get in contact with Lainey or send me your resume to lainey.macdonald@halcyonknights.com.au
